On online map downloaded to iPad, in survival you can walk in the bottom of the world

I downloaded a mcpe map from mcpecheats, and in that map, where there was no bedrock, the player and mobs could walk on the bottom of the world. I addition, lava acted as if it was on normal dirt...
This occured on multiplayer
