Map/resource pack/add ons install crashed

i have 2 problems, whenever I try to install map/resource pack/add ons my mcpe crashed I don't know why.the second one is disappearing items, when I take stuff from my chest in my survival world (singleplayer) it just disappear, it happened 2 times. So please fix it
