Weird Clock texture

• One time I crafted a clock and and a weird texture with floating weird pixels a pleated when I held it. It looked normal in my inventory but when I held it made that weird texture in my hand and when I put it in an item frame it showed the same weird texture. Unfortunately I can't show you the weird texture because for some reason when I try to add pictures it won't let me but please fix this.
