Minecraft PE crashes after turning off texture pack

I downloaded a texture pack called Faithful from my computer to my iPad. It worked like a charm. The next day however, when i joined a survival world, the textures were all messed up. So, i turned the pack off. But, after that when i joined the survival world, the game would have the Faithful texture pack textures, and then crash after 3 seconds. Please fix this as i have some projects that I am working on
