I can see through block!

Okay, so when my friend mines or a creeper blasts, it often happens that i see no block there but actually see through and I can see the space/sky. But when i place a block or delete a block on that area of invisible blocks, the effected blocks become visible, VERY ANNOYING WHEN MINING! It hurts my eyes as well and it makes me wanna quit. Please fix. I dont really have a screenshot right now but if I happen to get one, ill post it
