Chunk loading causes a lot of lag.

I have a lot of lag,my chunks are loading slow,i can not play smooth my worlds.Also,if i dissable all lag-related options,i still have lag,no difference.Please fix this FAST!!!Device:Tablet Android Utok 1005Q
