Independent FPS Turn

At all times the FPS of the game is falling, especially in The End, Nether and with these video settings: fancy graphics, movements in the view, and rendering distance in 14 Chunks please correct! The FPS goes from 60 ~ 45 FPS to 20 ~ 5 FPS this is very annoying
