MCPE continues to lag, freeze and crash

I have been a MCPE player since the Redstone Update. Crashing and stability has constantly been an issue since I started and 1.1.3.52 has not been any different. I had took some screenshots to provide evidence to what I was experiencing.

The first three screenshots show what was going on when I was riding on my horse. When I was riding my horse, the game suddenly froze, went to a black screen and kicked me out of the game. I logged back in only to find that my horse vanished and respawned back at my safe house as if I had never rode it.

The fourth screenshot was a world that I tested out to see if the stability and the chunks were loading fast and properly. Unfortunately, chunks are still loading slowly and to make things worse; as chunks begin to load, the world suddenly lags and it makes it harder to move and control the player.

In conclusion, I absolutely enjoy playing MCPE but I am disappointed to find out that none of the major issues (crashing, freezing, fast loading chunks) has been resolved yet.
