Issues I've been having

Hell,when I play windows 10 edition mcpe, sometimes when I open a chest it won't let me put anything in it. And a big issue I have is when I open a command block and it won't let me put anything in it. I have to restsrt my pc to put a command in a single command block. Please fix this.
