pressing outside of input area closes input window

If you press outside of the keyboard/input area ( eg to scroll the window to another input box ) what ever 'window' you are in will close.

Test 1:

• Press 'create new world'
• Attempt to rename it
• press outside the input area

Result: you are now dumped at the world list with no new world

Test 2:

• create an anvil
• put an item in the anvil
• rename the item
• press outside the input area

Result: items aren't renamed and the anvil interface is closed

Test 3:

• create an anvil
• put an item in the anvil
• rename the item
• press the renamed item ( on my phone you can just barely see the top of the frame, click on that )

Result: the client crashes or the world closes
