Water duplicates when bucketed up on 2nd flow

Whenever I pick up water with a bucket at the exact time it flows into the stage shown below, I will get the water in my bucket but the water will all still be there, allowing for the duplication.

To get to occur:
1.) Pick a flat area where the water flows in all directions.
2 Place the water.
3 At the exact same time the water flows into the stage in the screenshot (2nd flow), pick up the water with a bucket. (May have to be frame-perfect, I'm not sure)
The water should now be both in your bucket and on the ground.
