Summoning XP orb bug

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place a command block
2. Set it to Repeat
3. Put command: /summon xp_orb ~ ~ ~
4. Place a button and click it
5. Orb doesn't show
6. XP is not gained from the summoned orb
