/replaceitem is VERY BUGGY on repeat CB

/replaceitem works very bad on repeat command blocks.

1. Sometimes /replaceitem makes same item in other slot.
2. Block Choose doesn't work good while /replaceitem is executing.
3. Items is glitching in inventory and cant be deleted or replaced.
