bought full version but game still in trial version

I bought the full version from the Microsoft windows store but when I open up the game it is still in trial version. Also when I try to click on the unlock full game it does not work. I have also gone to the store in minecraft where when I try to buy something it says I need to buy the full version. In the Microsoft store it says I have already purchased the game and I am not able to purchase it again.
