Raising little mob on hard

I came to report this possible bug because when doing my mobtrap I realized that it was not falling mob and when it fell was very little. (Ps: I made the mobtrap in the sky to increase efficiency) My difficulty in the world is in the hard (hard) but even so is born very little mob ... I hope this bug is fixed
