lost purchased mashup packs, restore button does not help

I puchased every available mash-up pack as they became available in MCPE 1.0.x. They were available in MCPE 1.1.0. But after upgrading to MCPE 1.1.1, the Chinese, Greek, and Fallout mash-up packs are locked and will not work without purchasing them a second time! The restore purchase button does not help, they are still locked. Uninstalling and reinstalling does help. Again, the bug does not occur in 1.1.0 and prior, just 1.1.1. I want to buy the Skyrim pack, but am afraid to if you no longer honor purchases after subsequent MCPE releases! I'm afraid this may make a bad reputation for the new Market!
