Some Villager Trades Do Not Yield XP

Verification builds:
1.1.1.51 Retail

Summary:
Not every villager trade yields XP, as they do in the Java version. In the vanilla behaviour_pack, certain trades contain the property "reward_exp": false,, I will list them below.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Trade wheat with a Farmer Villager

Observed Results:
No XP is given from the trade.

Expected Results:
Every trade should give the player XP.
