Yellow Flowers Cannot Product Yellow Dye

Error: Yellow Flowers do not produce Yellow Dye

Steps to reproduce:
1. Pick up a yellow flower
2. Go into crafting and try to make a yellow dye from the flower

Expected Results:
You should be able to make a yellow dye

Actual Results:
Nothing shows up in the crafting menu to convert the flower to a yellow dye

How to determine when this bug is resolved:
Bug will be fixed when you can craft yellow dye from a Yellow Flower
