TP Bug

When you type /locate mansion it shows cordinates .When I TP in to it it leades me in to a different place ex.dessert biome grass biome etc.When I show it on a map bought from a villager it shows me that I am in the mainson (in the map) but I am in a dessert (example).
Please Fix it . In the map I'm in front of the mansion in the map but I'm not in the screen, second time this does this to me.
Ps:It happend only in a seed.Some say that the seed that I'm playing on is a Herobrine seed.

Please fix it.
