Realm Loading Screen Bug

Well, it all started when I pushed the button to ride my horse and then it froze, I restarted the game and now it doesn't let me access TrueTriz's Realm. It let's me access other Realms but not TrueTriz's. When I attempt to join, the Realm loading screen appears like this.. (In the screenshot)
