Multitasked game session crashes on opening

I've just bought MCPE on my Samsung Galaxy Ace 2 gti8160 running android 2.3.6. When the phone is running the game in the background, i open it from the multitasking then my phone crashes. my friend with an iphone 4 dosnt have the problem. is it the android os?
