Redstone mechanism doesn't work immediately after teleporting to them from Far Away

What I was expecting

If I teleported to any kind of Redstone circuit from a relatively long distance, this redstone circuit will work when chunked.

What happened was

It takes time before the Redstone mechanism to work, even it's visible and can be interacted.
