Pistons fail to extend

Pistons that should be extending stop extending after you exit the world, and play it again.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Place as many pistons as possible, power them with levers and redstone dust.
2. Exit the world, and join in again
3. Repeat step 2 until you find a piston not extending when it is powered.
