Can't Use Colored Blocks In CanPlaceOn

When using CanPlaceOn, colored blocks cannot be designated. For example, red_concrete after "blocks" returns "component could not be updated. Colored block tags ("yellow_", "lime_", etc.) are not listed in commands. I do realize the damage value for /give determines color, but there's no way to input that in the new NBT tags.
