Hotbar Is Smaller On Split Touch Controls Playing on a Tablet

(Note: Affects both gamemodes)
It appears that on multiple tablets the hotbar is smaller whilst playing with split-touch controls on. Confirmed to affect iPad models, iPad Mini Models, and the Nexus 7.
