Rendering Slow, Unable to destroy blocks, Unsmooth motion, Difficulty turning

My MCPE world is 190MB and for the last 80MB of growth I've experience numerous problems with lag. Firstly, I no longer can move smoothly, instead I walk in chunks. I also noticed that mobs and torches move in this fashion as well. Secondly when I attempt to place a block it simply destroys or attempts to destroy blocks below it. Finally when I open minecraft the screen is black for at least 20 seconds and when I open a world it takes forever to load any non-entities.
