Settings option "Use touch screen" can't be disabled

Unimplemented feature, Or bug?

What I expected to happen was...:
I could deselect use touch screen

What actually happened was...:
I couldn't.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open options
2. ???
3. Profit
