Enchanted ulti-bow turns into wheat and/or carrot

I've lost two power V, infinite, punch II, flame, unbreaking III-bows, one of them named, once i had one wheat in the hotbar, and suddenly there where 1 wheat in two slots, replacing the bow for 1 wheat. Later, the named bow, same enchantments as before, got replaced by one carrot whilst farming some. It's really weird! Didn't take any screen-shots I'm afraid. Samsung Galaxy S8 plus
