Torches

What I expected to happen was...:
The torch go where I ordered him to !
What actually happened was...:
The torch rebelled and went on a surface next to it (which makes lighting tunnels and NOT going all OCD possible)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put block down (screenshot 1)
2. Put another down so it's next to it (screenshot 2)
3. (Add more if wanted, same thing will happen)
4. Place a torch down, and it should go on one of the neighboring surfaces
