There is a weird thing that is constantly appearing and disappearing in my worlds.

Looks like made of black concrete and coloured concrete dust
Appears randomly and disappears if I tap it or look at it too long
Varies in size
Looks kind of like a rainbow QR code
Sometimes causes glitches
Has snow underneath
No one I know has ever had this as far as I'm concerned
