Textures/Graphics Downgraded

Ever since updating to 1.1 on Minecraft PE, my in-game graphics display in 16x16 despite being 32x32 Texture Pack files. It makes the worlds look blurry and cheap.

I have deleted and reinstalled the app. I have tried toggling Fancy Graphics on and off. So far nothing has worked.
