Dispenser UI is Missing it's Name

Verification builds:
1.1.0.55 Retail

Summary:
When opening a dispenser's UI, it's missing it's name at the top.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place a dispenser
2. Open/interact with it

Observed Results:
There is no name at the top of the ui.

Expected Results:
It should read "Dispenser" at the top.
