THE APP DOESN'T OPEN / CRASH IN MOJANG'S INITIAL SCREEN

When I need to open the app, it doesn't open or it crashes in the initial Mojang's screen! A lot of people has the same problem and we've paid for it! We deserve a solution, this game is expensive but we love it and paid anyway! We deserve a massive bug fix in Windows Phone version of Pocket Edition.
