lost texture packs and skin packs

My son found this morning (6/4/17) that he has lost the minecraft texture packs and skin packs he had previously unlocked. It seems to have coincided with the update to the minecraft store to use M coins instead of USD. Is this the right channel to recover them or is there a separate customer support line?
