I am playing minecraft PE realms

First when I go in,almost 70%will loss my iron pixaxe in my pocket (myself)Some time otherthings.
Next ,I am riding a mole and suddenly crashe.And whenI go in again,I have beed sended to deep sea and almost die and my mole disappear.Also I have named two horse name and is ok.But when I go back ,They are not named.This already tried three to four times so I need to report.And also sometime I play and it will crash too.Hope you can fix it
