Catching fish has no sound

In my survival world when I fish, the woosh sound happens when I cast the rod but no sound is played when I reel in the fish
Side note: I am also using a luck of the sea iii lure iii unbreakable iii rod and I do not seem to be catching any loot, it seems I am accessing the drop tables for a normal fishing rod
