Windows 10 edition is lagging on multiplayer!

Windows 10 computers when they join a multiplayer world they lag and cause the world to pay but when they leavethey the Windows 10 player can barely move while other players have delayed responses like if you break a block it takes like 5 seconds for it to appear and when you try to take damage you it takes five seconds and then it either gives you too little damage.
