Mysterious Zombie Noises

I recently started a creative world with a village but I have been noticing that in a certain area of the village you can hear zombies banging on doors. I have the world set to always day so no zombies would have spawned and when I look around for it, I can never find it. no villagers are getting hurt and the iron golems don't act as if there are any zombies. So far i have only noticed it with this specific world.
