Explosions Can Cause Coloured Beds to Drop Twice (Duplication)

Verification builds:
1.1.0.9 Retail

Summary:
Beds that are broken as a result of an explosion (Creeper, TNT) have a chance to drop twice, duplicating the block. This isn't consistent, but should only take a few attempts to reproduce the issue. (Make sure tile drops are enabled).

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place a coloured bed
2. Place TNT 3 or 4 blocks away
3. Ignite the TNT

Observed Results:
The bed will break, and drop as two items (may take a few attempts).

Expected Results:
Only one bed should drop.

I also observed that an invisible bed was in place after some of the tests, which could be broken.
