AddOn-Breaker

I had just finished a project in which I created an addon and a map, and upon loading initially, it worked, but unfortunately, the very next day, 1.0.9 came out, and it no longer worked. Whenever I try to load the resource pack for it, for any world, the game crashes. At one point I removed the iron sword texture because it was a 64x64, and the rest were 16x16, and the game loaded, however, when replacing it with a new 16x16 version, the game crashed once again. Something is wrong with this version and AddOns.
