Inventory hot bar issue

Issue: When selecting items from chests or using the smelter, crafting table, brewing stand, or any inventory actions simular to the above mentioned, items in the hot bar are duplicated multiple times and rearranged. This happens every time an action is taken to where the inventory is opened.
