Xbox 360 Controller Makes Character Spin

When using the Xbox 360 controller on LG V20 all inputs seem to work fine except the R and L triggers. The R trigger moves the screen down and to the right while the L trigger moves it up and to the left. If I hold both triggers about half way down the movement stops. All other buttons seem to work, but this makes it so I can't play using the controller.
