Realm will not open for any participants

The realm all of a sudden will not open. It says "building" but gets stuck on the purple background.
Please fix as SOON as possible - I am paying for this realm by the month.
I can't attach ANYTHING to this Issue: "JIRA could not attach the file as there was a missing token. Please try attaching the file again."
I'm really trying to be helpful here, but this is the second time this has happened to me. I wasn't able to get back into realm the first time until you released an Update for the game.
