Hot bar issues

Ive had this problem for a while. After i open chest my hot bar gets mixed up with other items i have in my inventory. Suppose i have all redstone stuff in my hotbar and some stone bricks in my inventory, after i open a chest i will have duplicates and stone bricks in my hot bar. Its hard to explain but its annoying. The pics are before and after opening a chest. Please fix.
