Texture Packs

Hello Mojang! I have problem with texture packs, always when I turn on the texture pack my healt bar and hunger bar is transformed to brown square. And when I turn off the texture pack brown square still there. And every time I must to delete Minecraft and then re-install it to fix it. Mojang please do somything with this bug.
