Block Disappear

It is suppose that we can place any block in front of the player.
But, MCPE 1.1.0.8 in SAMSUNG A5 (2016), it can't place blocks when you are having "invisible" potion effect.

Steps to produce:
1. set command: /effect @a invisibility 100000
2. Place a block that is in front of you.
3. The block you place very near you will disappear.
