My world's problem

Hello there Mojang!!,

There's a problem in one world of mine and when ever I join it, at least 5 minutes later somehow I leave the whole game and it happens every time when I join the world or when I am breaking a random block I just somehow getting kicked out of my world for no reason...
Can you please fix that?? 😥🙏🏼🙏🏼
