Health and hunger are in top corners in Classic UI option and there is no pause button

In option when classic UI option is enabled the health and hunger bar are still in the same position as in Pocket UI , also there is no pause button on the middle top of the screen even though my device has software navigation keys , my device is Alcatel One touch Idol 3 .
