Xray Bug With Fancy Leaves 'Off'

Summary:
With the 'fancy leaves' option turned off, you are able to see through multiple blocks when your head is forced into leaves whilst riding a minecart.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Turn off Fancy Leaves
2. Drink a potion of Night Vision
3. Ride a mine cart into some leaves

Observed Results:
You are able to see through the leaves and blocks that are touching the leaves. If you recreate this setup underground, you can see through the world and view caves, dungeons, etc.

Expected Results:
To avoid this exploit, either a black screen should show, or the inside of the leaves should obscure the players' vision.
