Punching a leash knot uses the generic punch sound

In Java Edition, punching a leash knot makes a unique sound. However, in Bedrock Edition, it makes the generic punch sound.

Steps to reproduce:

Use a lead to leash an entity and tie the lead to a fence.
Punch the leash knot. Notice that it makes the generic punch sound.
Compare to Java Edition.
